Fluidmesh merged with Avrio RMS

Fluidmesh, the company that produces wireless solutions for Security and Mission-critical Applications, in April 2011 merged with Avrio RMS, a Chicago-based company operating in the security and surveillance sectors. From the merger a new company originated called Carrick Bend.

Umberto Malesci, co-founder of Fluidmesh, participated to the first edition of the Intesa Sanpaolo Start-Up Initiative in September 2009.
