Iban survey on business angel market in Italy

The Italian business angel network (Iban) published the results of the new edition of it’s annual market analysis. Some key data are the amount of total investments that reaches almost 35 million euros with a growing of 4,5% compared to 2010. About 150 companies received investmens from business angels, 48% of them are startups.  Medical and biotech with energy are the sectors of startups mostly supported by business angles, while internet based startups represents only the 4%.
